Unlike a metered taxi, the FX follows a defined route. Passengers can alight wherever they want along that route.

BUSSES--are the typical form of transportation for the long distances on the islands. The comfort of  busses varies widely. The biggest difference is between air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned busses. There are even busses  equipped with a television. Busses have both a driver and a conductor. The conductor collects money and hands out tickets. The conductor is also responsible for packing the bus with as many people as possible. That means that the bus will wait  as long as possible to have as much as possible passengers.

TAXI--an online national directory of various taxi companies in the Philippines. It is one of the modes of transportation in the country. They are regulated by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB). (LRT) Manila Light Rail Transit System--is a metropolitan rail system serving the Metro Manilaarea in the Philippines. Although referred to as a light rail system because it originally used light rail vehicles, it is more of a rapid transit (metro) system, such as high passenger throughput, exclusive right-of-way and later use of full metro rolling stock. The LRT is operated by the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), a government-owned and controlled corporation under the authority of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC). Along with the Manila Metro Rail Transit System(MRT-3, also called the Blue Line), and the Philippine National Railways (PNR), the LRT is part of Metro Manila's rail transportation infrastructure known as the Strong Republic Transit System (SRTS).
